Submitting Research Proposals

On April 12th, 2012, the Bureau's Technology Assessment and Research (TA&R) Program announced a call for proposals addressing real time data. Please follow the instructions in the request. This announcement will close on May 3, 2012. The announcement gives the prospective clients instructions on how to respond and send in their proposals to the Bureau for review. The Bureau has suggested guidelines that you may follow if your white paper results in a future request for a full proposal. The purpose is to provide consistency in proposals to expedite the review process.
