The Bureau of Safety and Environmental Enforcement (BSEE) has issued annual reports since 2014. These reports summarize BSEE progress accomplishments and plans for regulating offshore energy on the U.S. Outer Continental Shelf (OCS).  These reports also includes a safety performance analysis which provides a high-level overview of safety performance on the OCS and identifies trends and emerging safety and environmental performance concerns.
