Renewable Energy and Regulatory Compliance Program Director
Michaela Noble is the Renewable Energy and Regulatory Compliance Program Director. Prior to BSEE, Noble served as the Senior Policy Advisor to the Assistant Secretary for Land and Minerals Management at the Department of the Interior. She also served as the Senior Counselor for Environmental Policy at Interior, Director of the Office of Environmental Policy and Compliance within DOI, the Chief of the Environmental Law Division within the U.S. Coast Guard, and as senior environmental attorney at the U.S. Maritime Administration. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Maritime Administration as well as a Juris Doctorate degree in Maritime Law.
