Technology Services

Technology Services Division (TSD): The TSD ensures the efficient and effective planning, management and acquisition of information technology (IT) and information resources within BSEE, also directly supporting the Bureau of Ocean Energy Management (BOEM) and the Office of Natural Resources Revenue (ONRR). This team ensures compliance with all Federal Information Technology Acquisition Reform Act (FITARA) requirements, as well as other government-wide and departmental priorities.

BSEE works with a variety of organizations and individuals as we fulfill our mission as America’s regulator for all energy and mineral extraction operations on the U.S. Outer Continental Shelf.  We maintain offices in Alaska, California, Louisiana, New Jersey, Texas, Virginia, and Washington D.C., and offer a variety of contact options on our website for those seeking to engage with us.

Administrative Services

Administrative Services - BSEE provides adminstrative services for both BSEE and also the Bureau of Ocean Energy Management (BOEM) through support agreements. Adminstrative services include Acquisition Management (AMD), Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) oversight, Finance, Human Resources (HR), Management Support, Technology Services (TSD), Data Stewardship and a team which overseas Records, Delegations and Directives.
