Last week Bureau of Safety and Environmental Enforcement (BSEE) Director Brian Salerno traveled to Louisiana to meet with employees in the Gulf of Mexico Region. He held an all hands meeting on Feb. 25 with the Gulf of Mexico Region staff in New Orleans. Director Salerno then traveled to several District Offices during his 3-day trip, holding all hands meetings with the Lafayette, New Orleans, and Houma District Offices. During the meetings Director Salerno spoke about the ongoing work on the Director’s initiatives, including the new Technology Center in Houston and the role it will serve in evaluating emerging technologies. Director Salerno also fielded questions from bureau employees.
