WASHINGTON- The Bureau of Safety and Environmental Enforcement (BSEE) today released the report of the panel investigation into the January 30, 2014 loss of well control event at Vermilion Block 356 in the Gulf of Mexico, approximately 80 miles off the coast of the State of Louisiana.
