This Notice to Lessees and Operators (NTL) is issued pursuant to 30 CFR 250.103 and supersedes NTL No. 2005-G15, effective September 21, 2005, on this subject. It modifies Form MMS-132, Hurricane and Tropical Storm Evacuation and Production Curtailment Statistics, to provide for statistics regarding the number of platforms and drilling rigs not evacuated, and provides an electronic means of submitting Form MMS-132 and the facility shut-in report.
