This Notice to Lessees and Operators (NTL) supersedes NTL No. 2008-G15 and extends the terms of that NTL until March 31, 2009. Due to force majeure events, such as hurricanes, which cause disruption to OCS operations, we are implementing a temporary measure related to the requirements for meter provings, gas meter calibrations, and well testing.
