Description
This was a Joint Industry Project (JIP) with 23 participants. The primary objective of this project was a review of the state-of-the-art of the systems reliability, particularly for offshore structure applications. The emphasis was be on classifying methods to increase understanding and improvements. The report addressed the nature and 'degree of difficulty' of the current limitations that restrict the effective practical application of the methodology.
