March 29, 2013- Each year offshore operators are required to complete Form 0131, Performance Measures Data, and submit them to BSEE by March 31st. This requirement was included in the Workplace Safety Rule which was issued on October 15, 2010. It requires operators to provide an annual breakdown of all injuries and illnesses, company and contract employee hours worked in addition to certain environmental information. BSEE is in the process of reminding those operators who have not submitted their forms to do so before Sunday's due date. The accuracy and continued success of the BSEE performance measures data program depends on participation by each and every offshore operator.
