NASA will host a public informational meeting in Houston on Thursday, March 1, 2018, to discuss the draft PRA Guide and overall application of PRA for offshore oil and gas projects. This meeting will provide offshore oil and gas companies, other stakeholders, and the public with an overview of the BSEE-NASA PRA study and an opportunity to engage with BSEE and NASA on how PRA could be utilized to better understand the levels of risk involved in challenging offshore operations.
Representatives from BSEE, NASA, Anadarko, and Shell will speak. The meeting is free.
