BSEE Strategic Plan

BSEE 2023-2026 Strategic Plan

The Bureau of Safety and Environmental Enforcement (BSEE) is America’s lead agency charged with advancing safety, environmental protection and conserving natural resources related to energy development on the U.S. Outer Continental Shelf (OCS). Our work is guided by the 4 strategic goals below, the corresponding strategic objectives listed, and the guiding principles outlined by the 5 Cs.
