Due to fiscal year-end closeout, the Bureau of Safety and Environmental Enforcement (BSEE) will disable the Fees for Services Refund Request Form from 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time, Friday, September 11, 2015, to 9:00 a.m. Thursday, October 1, 2015.

In addition, BSEE will disable Pay.Gov forms and payment options for eWell, online ordering and public information systems from 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time, Friday September 25, 2015, to 9:00 a.m. Thursday, October 1, 2015. September 25th is the final day for accepting payments.
