The objective was to conduct an International Workshop on the Reliability of Offshore Operations. The workshop focused on the progress of reliability and risk analysis since the last workshop in 1984. The forum focused on the current use of the technique by citing case studies to demonstrate how it can be effectively applied to current operational concerns.
